Connecticut College is thrilled to announce the inaugural AI and the Liberal Arts Symposium from October 17-19, 2025. This symposium, featuring keynote speaker Lance Eaton, a distinguished writer, educator, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in higher education and a leading voice in AI instruction, will convene thought leaders, educators, and researchers to explore both the developing role and the inherent challenges of artificial intelligence in undergraduate liberal arts education. Together, we aim to shape the future of teaching and learning by fostering innovation, collaboration, and the ethical integration of AI technologies, while also critically examining the associated complexities.
Call for Proposals
We invite you to contribute to this conversation by submitting proposals that address one or more of the following themes:
